Your site will be created on a testbed server so we can provide you a private link where you can click around and view your website before you take it live. Your site will be completed with demo content only and include basic plugins and configurations based on the needs you indicate during the intake process. When you are ready to provide your content, there will be a $100 fee to upload it. You can read more about our unlimited content uploads below.
Add On Services
Content upload – Content uploads are $100 per session after the initial (1 free upload with site purchase) upload and include:

- Unlimited Photos**
- Unlimited Videos***
- Unlimited Products****
Whether you want us to upload one photo or 100 pages of text, it costs $100 each time we process an upload request. We will provide a sheet that will ask for all the page content per your site map. We also ask for things like logos, favicons, SEO etc.
Domains
- You can purchase your domain with us for $20 per year or through any other domain provider.
Hosting
- You can purchase hosting with WPEngine by letting us know that is the host you want (recommended) with no need to pay until your website is complete. You can use an unsupported host, this just means that you need to provide person to transfer and launch your website for you.
SSL Certificate
- SSL certificates are free if you host with WPEngine or you can purchase a specialty SSL through any other SSL provider.
The Rules
- We will begin production only after we receive a completed statement of work (the document I create for you after our initial phone call).
- Domains, Hosting and paid plugins are not included in the fixed price.
- *All text must be provided in one of the following electronic formats (MS Word, MS Excel, Open Office, Via Email, .txt file, Adobe PDF. Other formats may be acceptable, please contact us if you are considering another format. Unlimited photos is meant to indicate a reasonable amount of data in harmony with the limitations of your hosting plan. For example, WordPress can have an unlimited amount of text in the form of blogs and pages, but after you reach 5000 pages the load time of the site is dependent on your hosting account and may be negatively affected. This is not a limitation of WordPress or your website provider.
- **All graphics must be provided in one of the following electronic formats (JPEG, GIF, TIFF, Bitmap, Adobe Photoshop) Other formats may be acceptable, please contact us if you are considering another format. Unlimited photos is meant to indicate a reasonable amount of data in harmony with the limitations of your hosting plan. Photos are much larger than text and we find that, for most small hosting plans, 200 photos is the upper limit of what you could reasonably expect your web host to deliver without a noticeable reduction in site speed or functionality.
- ***All videos must be able to display in iframes and provided electronically via a link. (YouTube, Vimeo etc) Unlimited video is meant to indicate a reasonable amount of data in harmony with the limitations of your hosting plan. Videos are much larger than photos and we find that, for most small hosting plans, 50 videos is the upper limit of what you could reasonably expect your web host to deliver without a noticeable reduction in site speed or functionality.

Products are much larger than photos and we find that, for most small hosting plans, 200 products is the upper limit of what you could reasonably expect your web host to deliver without a noticeable reduction in site speed or functionality.
